Northern Nutrition Group is a Montana-based practice dedicated to inclusive, compassionate nutrition care, offering services for both patients and healthcare providers. During our four-month collaboration, I helped bring their mission to life across social media by designing a content strategy rooted in storytelling, brand consistency, and audience education.
Through this project, I learned so much—not just about nutrition and diet culture, but about the nuances of communicating with both professional and public-facing audiences. I had the unique challenge (and joy!) of transforming complex, often overlooked topics into eye-catching, easy-to-digest graphics that inspired curiosity and connection.
The results were clear: a 41.7% increase in followers, a 39% reach rate, and steady growth across key engagement metrics during our four-month collaboration. With a consistent, strategic approach to content and community building, Northern Nutrition Group saw rapid momentum in a short time. In the 10 months since our partnership, their growth has understandably slowed, gaining only 40 new followers, which reflects a nearly 42% decrease in growth since our partnership. While evolving tools can help streamline social media tasks, results like these highlight just how impactful a dedicated social media manager can be. Having someone focused solely on strategy, storytelling, and engagement makes a measurable difference in maintaining growth and keeping content both purposeful and compelling.
